We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our highly motivated, talented and driven Sales & Commercial Department.

Reporting to Senior Manager - Partnerships, you will be responsible for a portfolio of partners and work collaboratively within the business to bring their benefits to life. You will have a passion for problem solving be a creative thinker and have a can-do attitude.

A bit about us: The Sales & Commercial team are driven to exceed any challenge that comes our way, and we collectively target purpose aligned partnerships that are congruent with our AGPCs values. We love to laugh and definitely have an all-in team culture; we are happy to roll up our sleeves and apply our best for business approach to all situations.

The primary focus of the role will be:

  • End to end management of a portfolio of Australian Grand Prix partners
  • Influence partner retention
  • Form strong internal & external relationships to assist in the delivery of contractual benefits

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in partnership management
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiation & partner retention
  • Experience in Event management and delivery
  • Events industry and specialised event experience desired
  • Demonstrated experience in bringing brand activations to life
