We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Manager – Tottenham Storage Yard to join our highly motivated, talented and driven Operations Department.

Reporting to Division Manager – Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the management of the Tottenham Storage Yard, which facilitates the transport logistics, asset maintenance, and storage of AGPC assets for both the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix and the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix on time and within budget.

The primary focus of the role will be:

  • Provide facility management, compliance, and project management services for the Australian Grand Prix.
  • Support the Infrastructure department and overall TSY operations.
  • Facilitation of strong health and safety practices ensure the compliance with all TSY operations and optimise our compliance activities in order to support the AGPC Strategic Pillars.
  • Provide learning and development support to the TSY team.
  • Help to execute the AGPC Asset Management Plan and provide leadership and support to the Infrastructure team.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Qualifications/knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety supervision.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and Container Weight Declarations (CWD).
  • 7+ years in operational supply chain roles in logistics, distribution, and warehousing with demonstrated involvement with warehouse operations as well as experience in logistics compliance and risk.
  • Experience with contract management activities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of key supply chain/logistics processes & current best practices.
  • Business case writing – proven ability to articulate business cases (i.e. forklift replacement / changeover).
