We have an exciting opportunity for an Accreditation 2IC to join our Accreditation team on a short-term contract basis in preparation for the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix 2022. This is a contract role which will conclude in April 2022.

Reporting to the Accreditation and Customer Coordinator, you will provide assistance to the Accreditation Team in ensuring the efficient processing, allocation, production, and distribution of accreditation for the Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix 2022.

The primary focus of the role will be:

  • Assist AGPC staff and applicants with accreditation enquiries.
  • Entry and coordination of Pre-Approval applications into the Grand Prix Accreditation System.
  • Assist the Accreditation & Customer Coordinator with approving all accreditation applications and allocation of Event accreditation.
  • Assist with the management of Accreditation Officers and Assistants.

 To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in event management
  • Experience in customer servicing roles
