We have an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Coordinator to join our Infrastructure team on a short-term contract basis in preparation for the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2022. This is a contract role which will conclude in October 2022.

Reporting to Manager – Infrastructure, the primary focus of the role will be:

  • Coordinate the planning, contract administration, and on-site implementation of infrastructure for the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2022.
  • Relocate to site for up to 8 weeks to facilitate the build at Phillip Island.
  • Assist in the procurement of various Infrastructure contracts
  • Facilitate various site related works including handovers, facility reporting and inductions
  • Support in the event build and coordination of multiple event contractors on site at Phillip Island

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree qualified in either event management, project management, engineering or business is desirable.
  • Project management and/or event management experience, ideally in the major sporting event industry is required.
