We have two new exciting opportunities for passionate Product and Ticketing Specialists to join our Marketing and Experience Department. 


Reporting to the Manager – Product and Ticketing, the Product and Ticketing Specialist is responsible for compiling, maintaining, reporting on ticketing builds, the operational planning and facilitation of various products for the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix and Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix events, meeting and exceeding ticketing sales and responding to customer service enquiries through email and phone.


This is a full-time permanent role.


To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in project management or product development.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to upsell and influence.
  • Mature minded, and able to interact confidently with people at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective self-management, including the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and time management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM applications and ticketing reporting.
  • Experience and efficiency in excel and keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing systems (Ticketmaster Archtics preferred but not required)
  • Flexibility of working hours (to suit the varying time schedule and seasonal priorities)
