We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Tottenham Storage Yard Coordinator to join our highly motivated, talented, and driven Design and Construction Department.
Reporting to Manger – Tottenham Storage Yard, you will successfully support TSY operations by providing store person and logistics services and asset maintenance services for AGPC assets and infrastructure.
This role will be based at our storage yard in Tottenham.
The primary focus of the role will be:
- Assist in all operations at TSY.
- Participate and assist in weekly Toolbox meetings.
- Help assist the access control of external parties arriving at TSY.
- Provide support to the TSY Manager and R&S team on the development of HSE documentation.
- Help facilitate TSY Inductions to Contractors and AGPC Staff as required.
- Store, track, and aid in transportation of all assets.
- Maintain assets to an appropriate level, maximising functionality, and minimising damage/waste.
- Complete audits of AGPC Assets in accordance with AGPC Asset Management Policy.
- Ensure continuous improvement and safe operations are undertaken at the yard.
- Create and maintain positive customer/stakeholder relationships.
- Key administrative duties to help operations at the yard.
- Ensure assets are delivered safely and on time for the Formula 1 and MotoGP events.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Prior experience in a similar stores/asset maintenance role, leading a team
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-changing environment
- Understanding of responsible manual handling practices
- Understanding of supply chain roles in logistics, distribution, and warehousing with demonstrated involvement with warehouse operations
- Forklift Licence
- Knowledge and understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and of Container Weight Declarations (CWD)
- First Aid Certificate
