We have an exciting short-term opportunity for two Customer Service Officers to join our Operations team for the delivery of the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix 2024. These 2 roles are commencing Mid-February till end of March/Early April 2024.
The key focus of this role is to help ensure maximum satisfaction, quality and delivery for all customers and stakeholders across the venue.
The key focus areas of the role include:
- Manage all customer facing emails and respond to queries
- Management of customer feedback portal
- Attend to customer experience issues as they arise around the venue
- Answer and action all messages that come through the customer text message service during the event.
- Collate customer feedback and outcomes for monitoring purposes
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in trouble shooting and issue resolution
- Experience in event management
- Experience in a similar Event Operations Centre environment is desirable
