Life in the fast lane

We are looking for our next Manager Strategic Partnerships to join our Corporate Affairs and ESG department. This is a 12-month parental leave contract through until September 2025.

Reporting to the Division Manager – Corporate Affairs and Communications, this role is responsible for driving event attendance and positive brand outcomes through customer education and community engagement programs by creating programs, activities and platforms for specific sponsors/partners, government partners and education institutes to elevate customer experience.

Additionally, you will:

  • Grow the number of students attending each event and broaden the range of schools attending Driving Learning at F1 and Learn Trackside at MotoGP.
  • Customer engagement through education, best endeavors to ensure specific event activities educate attendees on sport (F1 and MotoGP).
  • Develop relationships with state government education sector in order to grow the reach of school’s program both intrastate and interstate.
  • Engage with university partners to present the education pavilion at the Formula 1 event, showcasing career paths in motorsport and next generation technology.
  • Build the Innovation & Technology Hub as a compelling community engagement platform and key event asset.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous project delivery experience in the events industry.
  • Experience in managing tasks/projects within a fast paced and complex environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, event management and/or relevant experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • A current Police Check and Employee Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
