Sales Operations Coordinator

The Australian Grand Prix Corporation is in a rapid growth phase as the digital advancements of Formula 1 and MotoGP continue to raise the bar. We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team as we go through a transformation in our sales processes and business-wide systems.

This role will be a central point of information within the Sales & Commercial team. You will be responsible for ensuring data from corporate hospitality and sponsorship sales is accurately logged and communicated to the relevant departments, especially the Business Development, Activations, Finance and Ticketing teams.
We are looking for an operationally-minded candidate with a passion and understanding of sales. The successful candidate will be able to assist the Business Development team with proposals, new leads and relationship management while executing sales processes, remaining up to date with data entry and delivering sales reports.
Working with a variety of CRM platforms is preferred while experience in data manipulation and a natural ability to navigate software will also be favoured.
We are looking for someone who understands the dynamism and demands of a working in major events. You’ll be reliable, flexible and proactive, as well as passionate about working collaboratively as part of a wider organisation. An excellent eye for detail is essential and you will be able to work to tight deadlines, as well as manage long-term projects.
