Work in the fast lane! The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) is seeking two Digital Assistants to join our hard-working Marketing team.
The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) is responsible for staging two iconic international events, the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne, as well as the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix held at Phillip Island. We are internationally recognised and respected leaders on the world motorsport stage.

Reporting to the Digital Manager, the two Digital Assistant roles have been split, with one focusing on social media and the other on AGPC's event websites (grandprix.com.au and motogp.com.au).
The roles present an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment and both roles are full-time, seven-month contract positions.
The roles are ideal for candidates with an interest in digital marketing, brand and advertising, media and communications, content, sport, motorsport, entertainment and/or events.
Please specify in your cover letter which role you would prefer, Digital Assistant - Social Media or Digital Assistant - Websites. Please also include which team Daniel Ricciardo will drive for in 2019.

Digital Assistant - Social Media
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Generate, publish and monitor social media content to continually engage and grow AGPC's social media channels.
- Coordinate and deliver social media requirements for internal (e.g. other departments) and external (e.g. event sponsors) stakeholders.
- Analyse statistics and other relevant information to improve social media effectiveness.
Digital Assistant - Website
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Create and upload content and improve the functionality and design of AGPC's event websites.
- Coordinate and deliver website requirements for internal (e.g. other departments) and external (e.g. event sponsors) stakeholders.
- Analyse statistics (using Google Analytics) and other relevant information to improve website effectiveness.
Skills and experience you will bring:
- 1-3 years' experience in digital communications
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn with a can-do attitude
- Passion and appreciation for all things digital
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience generating online content, including copywriting
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of the importance of brand and customer segments
