We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Accounts Payable officer to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be someone who understands the dynamism and demands of working in major events. You’ll be reliable, flexible and proactive, as well as passionate about working collaboratively as part of a wider organisation. An excellent eye for detail is essential and you will be able to work autonomously to deliver to tight deadlines, as well as manage long-term projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end Accounts payable function;
- Monthly duties including reporting and reconciliation of creditors;
- Oversee and process corporate card, petty cash, cabcharge and employee expense claims;
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Drive process improvements in the Accounts payable function;
- Assist the wider finance team with adhoc tasks, including assisting auditors with queries;
- Collaborate with other teams during key event periods.
