The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) is seeking to employ an Operations Manager to join the high-performing Operations team in delivering two world-class major events each year.

About the role

Reporting to the Division Manager – Operations & Risk, the role is responsible for managing stakeholder relationships with key personnel and agencies to ultimately achieve a world-class customer experience for our valued patrons. This operations generalist role will play a pivotal role in ensuring all aspects of the outside-of-venue operations is a slick and well-planned series of events. The sense-of-arrival, along with key customer touchpoints must be world-class and delivered to a high standard.

The role will require the successful candidate to have great stakeholder engagement skills to ensure the integrity, safe running and desired customer experience of the event is not only maintained, but maximised.  

The Operations Manager will bring to the team a high level of enthusiasm, innovation and love for what they do. Most importantly the Operations Manager will know how to have fun whilst delivering two amazing and iconic events each year!
