AGPC is excited to announce that we are now recruiting for a Project Coordinator to assist the AGPC Project Team with a new and exciting international project. This role will be based in Melbourne and will report to the Project Manager.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator who has:
- A minimum 2 years’ experience as a project administrator, project coordinator or similar role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, including an ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- A working knowledge of Office 365, experience with SharePoint is desirable
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Capacity to manage stressful situations
- Attention to detail
- A sense of humour and a commitment to participate in a new and exciting international project.
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in the delivery of the international project. You will work daily with the Project Manager across all aspects of the project.
The Role Will Include The Following
- Supporting the maintenance and updating of project documents
- Communicating project requirements with staff effectively and coordinating internal resources
- Assisting with the measurement of project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Following up outstanding tasks and maintaining key project timeline documents
- Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions
- Breaking project into doable tasks and setting timeframes
- Maintaining internal intellectual property register
- Retrieving necessary information from internal resources and reformatting information into useable and easy to understand formats
- Tracking expenses and liaising with finance team to ensure prompt and on time payment of invoices
- Monitoring project progress and addressing potential issues
- Measuring and reporting on project performance
