The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) is seeking an Infrastructure Coordinator (5-month contract position) to join our high-achieving Operations team!

Infrastructure Coordinator - MotoGP (5-month contract with possibility to extend) 

 

The successful applicant will be an integral member of the Infrastructure team in the delivery of the MotoGP event.

 

The role will ensure the effective coordination and delivery of multiple service and infrastructure based contracts, liaison with both internal and external stakeholders and provision of essential support to the Infrastructure team.

 

Duties include:

  • Supporting the project management requirements of the build and dismantle of the MotoGP venue
  • Coordination and planning of contracts, contract administration and on-site implementation of event infrastructure requirements
  • Coordination of infrastructure services including signage, radio orders, telecommunications etc.
  • Coordination of event facility requirements including EFD management, Contractor management and Corporate services
  • Support of third parties and the third party processes including compliance, build adherence and H&S delivery
  • Support of venue operations including inductions, vehicle access and accreditation
  • Assistance in the Site Management function of the Department

 

The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Phillip Island for the period of the MotoGP build and dismantle project (8 weeks)
